Seven New Communities Welcomed to City Property Management Since New Year

Sincuidados Homeowners Association

Since the beginning of 2022, City Property Management has continued to grow with the addition of seven new communities in less than six months.

The Preserves Condo Home Association in Phoenix was the first community to join CPMC this year. The 108-unit gated condominium community sports a sparkling pool and prime location.

We welcomed three new communities in April. The Sincuidados Homeowners Association is a 301 lot single-family community located in North Scottsdale. The association features numerous amenities like sports courts, picturesque hiking trails, and a community clubhouse.

The Villas at Desert Park Village is a DC Ranch neighborhood in North Scottsdale. The gated townhome community enjoys its own pool and entrance off of 94th St.

Highland Estates also began their management services with CPMC in April. The 34-unit condominium community features community BBQs, pool, and spa.

May was a busy month for the Developer Services Department with the addition of two builder-controlled communities. Monteluna is a gated Blandford Homes master-planned community being built in the foothills of Northeast Mesa. The 108-lot gated community will feature ample outdoor amenities like a pickleball court, tot lots, and fire pits to enjoy the mountain views.

Hatfield Ranch is a new Providence Homes community currently under construction that’s planned to be 63 lots at build-out. The Phoenix single-family community will have plenty of lush landscaping and a family-friendly tot lot.

Rounding out the month, Lone Mountain Vista HOA joined CPMC on May 1st. The North Scottsdale single-family community is homeowner controlled and boasts scenic Sonoran Desert views with ample access to plenty of nearby shopping and entertainment. Sincuidados Homeowners Association
