Every year the Arizona Republic ranks the best valley businesses to work at in various size categories and industries. This year, City Property Management proudly ranked #25 in the small company category.

There were over 70 other companies in the small company category with employee sizing ranging from 35 to about 140 team members and a mix of both private and publicly held companies. Most notably, City Property Management ranked the highest of any other Arizona HOA management company included in any size category.
