City Property Management Continues Philanthropy with 2020 Scholarship Award

City Charities, a five-year-old City Property Management philanthropic continuous endeavor, provides a scholarship each year. The purpose of the scholarship is to make a meaningful and personal impact to college students. The nominees do not need to attend Arizona universities or colleges and the scholarship winner is picked by the City Property Management team. All submission essays are provided to the team anonymously and the submission with the most votes is awarded the scholarship.

This year, the $1,000 scholarship was awarded to Kennedy Leighton. Kennedy is attending Central Michigan University where she is studying Human Resource Management with a minor in Real Estate and Finance.

“I can’t put into words how thankful I am for the scholarship. Your generosity, especially during a time like this, is really appreciated,” said Kennedy. “I paid tuition and for my books on Friday thanks to City Property HOA Service Scholarship!”

City Property Management has been serving Arizona communities for over 40 years, and City Charities will continue to work with our partners to give back and make purposeful impacts.
