City Property Management Welcomes Four New Communities in Second Quarter of 2020

Florenza by Meritage Homes in Peoria

City Property Management continues its growth in the Valley with the addition of four new communities starting in May and June. “We are continuing to expand our portfolio with the addition of these unique communities,” said President Brian Lincks. “We look forward to bringing our innovative technology and outstanding customer service to these associations and their homeowners.”

There are two single family communities that started their contracts with City Property Management (CPMC) on May 1st. Florenza is a high-end Meritage Homes community located in Peoria with homes starting in the high $400,000’s. This new gated neighborhood is smaller, with only 117 lots, though it does have a playground for the many families within the community. Cortina in Queen Creek is the other community that joined the CPMC family in May. This larger single family home community boasts 1,195 lots alongside outdoor amenities such as fountains, pools, and parks.

In June, City Property Management will welcome two more single family communities that are also located in the East Valley and West Valley, respectively. Valencia II is a Chandler community that has 431 lots in a gated neighborhood with fountains and parks. With the contract beginning June 1st, Sara Ann Ranch in Surprise will also join CPMC. This moderately sized community has 960 single family homes and ample parks.
