City Property Ends Year With Addition of Four New Communities in Fourth Quarter

It has been a busy end of year at City Property Management. Four new communities from all around the Valley have joined the company’s client list with ranging sizes, types, and locations. “Our steady growth has been a high point of 2020 for us,” said President Brian Lincks. “We’ve managed to sail uncharted waters this year and come out ahead because of our dedicated team and exceptional services we provide.”

The Gilbert master plan community, Vincenz, joined City Property Management on September 1st. This 554 lot community boasts plenty of family-friendly amenities like walking paths, playgrounds, and basketball courts while also including a pool and spa for the exclusive use of one of the parcels.

Greenwood Villas Condominium also began its contract with City Property on September 1st. This small Phoenix community has 27 units and a sparkling community pool.

Another Gilbert community has joined City Property Management in 2020. Pecos Park II is a family orientated community in the heart of Gilbert and within the coveted Higley school district. The 131 lot community has plenty of outdoor amenities such as winding walking paths, tot lots, and basketball courts.

Rounding out the year, Peoria community Cibola Vista Community Association came on board with City Property Management on December 1st. This 349 lot community association is part of the larger Cibola Vista community that neighbors the luxurious Cibola Vista Resort and Spa. Besides a prime location with plenty of premier golfing nearby, the community itself has plenty of outdoor amenities for family fun.
