Five New Communities Join City Property Management This Summer as Steady Growth Continues

Steady summer growth has brought five new communities to City Property Management in July and August. “Communities are looking for a management company that is going to provide them with exceptional team members to work with and easy to use yet fresh technology,” said Vice President of Client Relations David Jones. “At City Property Management we have both, so we are fully equipped to serve any community that joins our family.”

Whitewing at Higley in Gilbert

One new community began management services with City Property Management in July -Camino A Lago South. This single family community with 378 lots is located in Peoria and is family and dog friendly with plenty of outdoor amenities to enjoy.

Beginning in August, four communities have joined City Property Management for HOA management services. First, there is the small condominium community, Montebello Gardens, which is located in a trendy Phoenix area. This association doesn’t just boast amenities but in addition, it has amazing dining and entertainment within walking distance. Just a stroll from the community are dozens of the most talked about restaurants in the Valley which compliments this petite association that has 68 units in total.

On August 1st, the picturesque Tatum Greens at Tatum Ranch will join City Property Management for management services. This 147 lot single family Cave Creek community is a sub-association of the well known Tatum Ranch community which enjoys a renowned golf course and stunning views of the Sonoran desert landscape.

Collins Creek Homeowners Association in North Phoenix is also beginning management services in August. This 60 lot Ashton Woods community has outdoor common areas and play areas for families to utilize. Lastly, another family friendly community joining City Property Management in August is Whitewing at Higley which boasts 112 lots in the heart of Gilbert which was once rated one of the country’s fastest growing towns. This luxury gated community has tot lots and walking trails for outdoor activity opportunities.
