The challenge
A Gap Residents Kept Raising, and Nobody Had Closed
For years, Waterson Community Association had been looking for a solution to secure the community’s south wall. It was a repeated topic in town halls, homeowner surveys and ongoing community conversations — but getting a project of this scale across the finish line takes more than good intentions.
The south wall had gaps at four locations along Brooks Farm, Val Vista and Chandler Heights that weren’t fully enclosed, and each one came with its own layout and site conditions to work through.
The approach
Design Each Location on Its Own Terms, Then Competitively Bid the Whole Job
The result
A Fully Enclosed Perimeter, and the Peace of Mind That Comes With It
The south wall project came in on schedule and under budget, closing the gap residents had flagged and giving Waterson Community Association a fully enclosed perimeter. With the community now fully secured, homeowners have peace of mind knowing their community is secure.
On schedule
Delivered within the timeline the board approved.
Under budget
Competitive bidding kept the final cost below projection.
Fully enclosed
All four gaps closed with matching wall and fencing.
