Brian Lincks is the President of City Property Management. Brian has been involved in the Homeowners Association industry for over 30 years. His career began in Madison Wisconsin where he managed condominiums/apartments. Brian moved to Arizona in the 80s and joined City Property Management as a community manager. Brian was promoted to Vice President of the company in 1996, and President in 2012. Working together with the CEO of the company they have grown the company from 40 properties to over 300 properties that consists of over 90,000 doors.
Along with six other Arizona management companies, Brian helped create Arizona Association of Community Managers (AACM) in 2003. The seven major management companies formed AACM to raise the professionalism of the community management industry. Brian has led the association as its Chair previously and has also served as its Legislative Chair for six years consecutively. In addition, as a founding member he contributed to the formation of the Professional Standards Committee, assisted in creating the AACM Code of Ethics and Standards of Practice. He has served on the Board since the inception of AACM and on the Professional Standards Committee since its inception.
Brian’s certification, continuing education, and industry acknowledgements over the past 30 years includes a Wisconsin Real Estate Brokers License from 1979 to 1993, Certified Arizona Association Manager (CAAM), Certified Manager of Community Associations (CMCA), Accredited Residential Manager (ARM) and hundreds of hours of continuing education hours through the AACM.
As an advocate for animals Brian has assisted local dog rescue efforts for years and enjoys outdoor activities and travel with his family. His Weirmaraner, Echo, is a certified Pets on Wheels dog who visits local Nursing homes. Brian enjoys spending his free time with his son, and wife at their family cabin in Happy Jack Arizona.
